We offer a total of 34 technician beds, including 4 technician apartments for 5-7 people, as well as several 1-2 room apartments, each with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Only fitters live in the house. The house is only a few minutes away from the Lürssen, Fassmer, A&R shipyards and others.
But we are also a contact point for short- and long-term stays for activities in Bremen, Oldenburg, Delmenhorst and Ganderkesee. Lemwerder is conveniently located directly on the city limits of Bremen.
